*****FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC*************** This family-friendly, cultural festival celebrates the indigenous diversity of the Twin Cities. Guests will have the opportunity to: observe a traditional Aztec/Mexica dance ceremony honoring the Aztec Mexica New Year, create stamp art inspired by Aztec/ Mexica symbols, play games/ activities, win prizes, learn about community resources, see displayed Mexica art from SPPS students, and eat at the community feast. All families are welcome to participate! ...............GRATIS Y ABIERTO AL PUBLICO************* Este festival cultural será un evento familiar enfocado en la diversidad indigena de las ciudades gemelas.
Los invitados tendrán la oportunidad de: observar una ceremonia tradicional Azteca/Mexica en honor al año nuevo Mexica/Azteca, crear estampillas con arte inspirado por símbolos Azteca/Mexica, participar en juegos y ganar premios para niños, obtener información sobre recursos disponible a la comunidad, ver arte azteca/mexica hecho por estudiantes de SPPSl, y disfrutar de un banquete para la comunidad.
