The Hmong New Year in MN was hosted by two separate organizations/committees, which is typical of this time of the year. Both were done in Saint Paul, but usually its been Minneapolis and Saint Paul hosting one new year for the last 10 yrs. or so. One at the State Fair and Second at the St. Paul River Centre (two in Saint Paul) happen this year.
Ok, I knew there was 2 but heard it was 3 this year.
