A heartfelt plea echoes across communities as the search for Rose Downwind continues. Rose was last seen on October 19, 2015, at the Target store in Bemidji, Minnesota. Her family, devastated by her disappearance, has launched a Facebook page titled "HELP FIND ROSE DOWNWIND!" to gather support and information.
